The room was well laid out with a comfy bed, and I slept very well. Comfortable location right in the center of town was a plus. It was also really close to downtown restaurants and downtown and the river and shops and restaurants.

We both appreciated it, the place is charming old and suited fine. The staff was genuinely helpful, always on hand when needed. The food was fabulous and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. The hotel's location was the best and quiet, so close to shops and restaurants, the downtown and the bridge.

Everything seemed really good, very-very nice staff, fantastic rooms. The hotel was situated in the very central location close to EVERYTHING. Besides, it was 1 mile away from Banff Avenue. The room we had included central heating, flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator.

My room included it's own balcony and a kitchenette area. The location was the best, to the bridge, in the downtown area. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bear Street Tavern.
